Measure time and train efficiently!

In this app, you can set “Worktime”, “Interval” and “Reps (repetitions
)”.

When you press the start button, the count starts, and you will be notified when it is time.
There is no need to look at the screen because it informs you by sound.


【For example, you can use this way】
・ 30 seconds push-up-> 15 seconds break × 3 reps
・ 5 minutes running-> 1 minute break x 5 reps
・ 30 seconds stretch-> Change posture in 5 seconds x 10 reps
